All items sold through Tiny Happy Creations are handmade to order. Because of the artisanal and personalized nature of our jewelry, each item is unique and slight variations may occur.
We do not maintain physical stock. Orders are crafted individually once payment has been confirmed.
All prices are listed in EUR (€).
We accept payments via credit and debit cards only.
Full payment is required at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
All products are made to order and typically require 4 to 5 business days for processing before shipment.
We ship worldwide from the Czech Republic using standard postal services. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
We accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with EU consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return:
– You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
– Customized items with personal names or messages may not be refundable, unless damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
