All our products are handmade to order, which means they are created individually after you place your order. Slight variations in color, shape, or arrangement are normal and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
Because of the personalized, made-to-order nature of our items, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding returns and refunds.
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with EU regulations.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

– Return the product(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
– Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
📦 Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

– Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
– Items returned beyond the 14-day period
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

– Processing time: up to 14 days after we receive the return
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

– We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if necessary.
